Refund policy

It is important to make sure you are ordering the correct items as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you have questions about specific items please contact us at Newfinishauto@outlook.com before placing order.

Lost packages: Our responsibility is to prepare your order for shipping. Once Shipped the shipping company is now responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost by the shipping company, you the buyer are responsible for working with us to open a claim with the shipping company. Claims can take 2-6 weeks for the shipping company to complete. During this time the shipping company will reach out to you in order to approve or deny the claim. We CANNOT refund or reship lost or stolen packages that are not approved by the shipping company.

Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been stolen, you are responsible for filing a police report and working with your local deliverer to retrieve your package. 

Packages are covered by the basic insurance by the shipping company

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be offered if a mistake on a part was on our behalf. please contact us if you have questions prior to placing a order.

Warranties

Any damaged or defected items must be warranted through the manufacture of the product. We are not liable or responsible for product issues. We sell products but do not make them. We cannot replace or refund items that are damaged or defected.

Any warranty on any products is subject to approval with that manufacture. WE DO NOT WARRANTY PARTS!

Turbocharger orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned for any reason once your order is placed.

Synchrotech orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned for any reason once your order is placed.

Any custom order of any kind (example harnesses, turbo manifolds, etc) absolutly No Refunds or Returns of any kind.
